The Realm Agency had to occupy a bold and vast residency as a key competitor in Dallas’ luxury real estate market.
TWO YEARS LATER
The Realm Agency originally began as an elevated apartment locating service, and is now a full-service real estate agency with clients across DFW, Houston, and Austin. The Gregoria Group continues to consult, design, and create various assets—including the “iconic” business cards for their ever-expanding team of Realtors.

THE COLOUR PALETTE
We chose Jet Navy as the primary colour for The Realm Agency. We also decided that black is not to be used, allowing the dark navy to be the heaviest tone in the identity.
Secondary colours include: nude, grey, white, and gold. However, gold is just a finish, and should only be used as a tangible foil or metallic accent.
The Realm Agency’s mark was inspired by optical illusion.
Which did you see first: a gem, or a room? Because it’s both.
(The word realm means kingdom and they are in
the business of selling rooms, lots of rooms…)
By Rounding out select angles within the logotype, we’re not only adding visual interest but delivering a more friendly and approachable aesthetic.
